I.O.G. SQUAD™ (Igniting Our Greatness) is a leadership program designed to support young students in building confidence, character, and a spirit of service. Inspired by my brother’s story of perseverance and strength, it serves as a reminder that true greatness stems from overcoming challenges and striving to grow, even when faced with difficulties. His experience has shown me that leadership is rooted in resilience, integrity, and purpose.

In I.O.G. SQUAD, students first learn to lead themselves by practicing teamwork, responsibility, and meaningful reflection. As they progress through leadership lessons, they can earn special I.O.G. gear, like shirts, vests, and hoodies,to wear with pride and to symbolize what it means to ignite greatness from within. This isn’t just a club; it’s a movement empowering each student to recognize and live out their own greatness.
