L.I.T. SQUAD B.U.I.L.D.S. Leaders In Training™ was created and founded by Coach Quevette Terrell. The inspiration comes from her adoptive parents. Her mother was her NICU nurse who lovingly cared for and adopted her and her twin brother. Her mother’s faith and inspiration helped shape her drive to lead and serve others. Their love and example remind us that true leadership begins with a heart to serve. Our mission is to prepare and empower the next generation of leaders. We believe leadership is more than a title; it’s a way of living with purpose, courage, and compassion. Through mentoring, service, and school and community programs, we help students build confidence, learn responsibility, and develop the skills they need to create change wherever they are. The clothing line is an extension of this mission. Every hoodie and tee carries the message that leadership belongs to everyone. When you wear L.I.T.
